Trademark Registration

Protecting your brand is essential, but registering trademarks, logos, and company names in the UAE can be complex. At Castle Intellectual Property, our experienced team simplifies the process, guiding you through every step and saving you valuable time and effort.

A thorough trademark search uncovers similar or identical registered and unregistered trademarks, allowing you to evaluate risks and the likelihood of successful registration. Our analysts use advanced technology, phonetic searches, and up-to-date databases to examine registered, expired, cancelled, abandoned, and pending trademarks in the UAE. We also apply common law search strategies across domain registries, business directories, web portals, and marketing sources to provide a comprehensive risk assessment tailored to your brand.

Monitoring your trademark is crucial to defend your brand against infringement and potential revenue loss. Our trademark watch services help identify unauthorized use and protect your intellectual property rights. While the UAE Ministry of Economy (MOE) registers trademarks, enforcement and ongoing monitoring are the responsibility of the trademark owner. Castle Intellectual Property ensures your brand stays secure after registration.
